Financing
For your convenience, Forever Smiles accepts full payment at the time of service via cash, check, money order, debit card or credit card payment. For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, we offer flexible financing and payment options, including low-and no-interest loans through CareCredit®, Proceed Finance or Cherry Finance.
As a service to our patients, we gladly process all dental insurance claims, whether in network or out of network and will work with you to get your insurance claim paid.

Your plan includes two routine cleanings, two exams, all necessary X-rays, and one emergency exam each year if needed. You’ll also receive 10% savings on any additional dental treatment. There are no deductibles, waiting periods, or yearly maximums — just straightforward care that keeps your smile healthy.
