Position: Licensed Dental Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed dental assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, excellent communication skills,
and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- MN State licensure and certification as a dental assistant
- BLS or CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00–5:00
- Thursday: 7:00–4:00

Your Role
Our hygienists are more than providers—they are:
- Educators: helping patients understand oral-systemic health
- Relationship-builders: creating trust and long-term connections
- Coaches & Advocates: guiding patients toward better outcomes, including perio and restorative care
You’ll have the time, tools, and support—including advanced technology and structured protocols, to focus on patient education and truly make an impact.
Who We’re Looking For
- MN Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Passion for patient care, education, and coaching
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence discussing periodontal and restorative treatment options
- Growth mindset and desire to continually improve
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- $50–$65/hr DOE (based on experience, communication, and patient education skills)
