The first and most important step is planning. At Forever Smiles, we begin by digitally designing your case using advanced imaging and 3D technology.

Preparing your denture
Before surgery, we begin designing a denture that will eventually attach to your implants.

Tooth removal and implant placement
In many cases, unhealthy or failing teeth can be removed and implants placed on the same day. This often reduces the number of surgeries and appointments needed. Sometimes, however, significant infection or bone loss may require further attention.

Healing period (Usually about 3 months)
After implants are placed, they need time to heal and bond with the surrounding bone. This process is called osseointegration, which simply means the implant becomes securely integrated with your jawbone.

Creating your final implant denture
Once healing is complete, we begin creating your final restoration. This denture is stronger, more refined, and designed for improved comfort, beauty, and function.
