If you are a new patient to our office, you will need to fill out our new patient forms when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out, and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your dental needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Along with the forms, you’ll have to bring a photo ID, insurance or MA card, and medication list. Thank you, and please call our office if you have any questions at all.

Sedation dentistry is available only at our Glencoe office, about 15 miles (around 25 minutes) from Arlington. In Arlington, we focus on gentle care and comfort, with breaks whenever you need them [confirm other comfort options, e.g. nitrous, headphones, blankets]. Yes. Our Arlington office provides dentures and single-tooth implants. If you’re missing several teeth or have been told you need to remove all your teeth, we believe in saving natural teeth whenever predictably possible. For full-arch implants and Teeth in a Day, our Glencoe team offers a full evaluation and second opinion.
