Custom Dentures
Missing teeth can affect far more than your smile. Eating becomes difficult. Speaking can feel uncomfortable. Confidence drops. And for many people, the thought of dentures brings up fears of bulky, loose, unnatural-looking teeth.

Understanding Custom Dentures
Whether you need your first denture, want to replace an older denture that no longer fits, or are facing multiple extractions, our goal is simple: to help you smile, eat, and feel confident again with a denture designed specifically for you.
A more advanced denture process
Many traditional dentures are made using outdated methods that rely heavily on estimates and manual techniques. Small inaccuracies in bite position or tooth placement can affect comfort, appearance, and how naturally a denture functions. At Forever Smiles, we use an advanced digital denture workflow to improve precision and aesthetics. We begin with custom DENTCA trays designed specifically for your mouth. These trays incorporate Gothic arch tracing, which is one of the most accurate methods of capturing centric relation and how your upper and lower jaws naturally come together. This allows us to record your bite relationship more precisely, helping create a denture that feels balanced and functions properly. That information is digitally converted using advanced scanning technology and incorporated into a custom smile design process. We carefully evaluate facial balance, lip support, smile line, and tooth positioning to create a smile that looks natural and complements your face and not something that simply looks like “dentures.”
Preview your smile before the final denture
Before your final denture is made, we create a printed try-in denture so you can see your smile before completion. This allows us to review tooth shape, position, color, and appearance together and make refinements before moving forward. Your feedback matters, and this step helps ensure the final result feels personalized and natural.
Premium laboratory craftsmanship
Once approved, your denture is fabricated by Signature Dental Laboratory, a high-end dental laboratory selected for exceptional craftsmanship and natural aesthetics. Dr. Knorr has painstakingly sought out some of the best denture technicians because details matter. Your final denture is fabricated using Ivoclar’s advanced Ivobase processing system, which is a premium injection molding process engineered to produce stronger, more precise, and better-fitting dentures than traditional denture fabrication methods.
Why our immediate denture process is different
If teeth need to be removed, many offices fabricate a “final” denture immediately after extractions. The problem is that your mouth changes significantly as healing occurs. Bone and gums shrink during the first few months, often leaving dentures loose, unstable, or less natural-looking over time. At Forever Smiles, we do things differently. If teeth are removed, we provide a temporary immediate denture the same day without increasing the fee for immediate denture fabrication. This allows you to leave with teeth and maintain your smile while healing. Then, after approximately three months of healing, we fabricate your true final denture once your tissues have stabilized and we can more accurately design the ideal fit and tooth position.
Dentures designed to restore confidence with zero judgment
At Forever Smiles, we’ll meet you exactly where you are with zero judgment, and we help you find the right path forward. Book an appointment or free virtual consultation to learn more about custom dentures and implant-supported denture options at Forever Smiles.
