Jessica Bauer

JJ joined the Forever Smiles team in 2016 as Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator, and she’s been a driving force behind the practice’s growth ever since. During her time here, she’s helped guide Forever Smiles through an incredible transformation—from a four-operatory office to a thriving 14-operatory practice, more than doubling in size.

One of the highlights of her career has been working alongside Dr. Knorr to design the new Forever Smiles building, completed in 2019. Being part of that process—and watching the vision come to life—was an experience she truly values. JJ loves being surrounded by an ambitious dentist and team who are always pushing forward and finding new ways to improve every aspect of the practice.

A self-proclaimed “Jill of all trades,” JJ isn’t afraid to tackle a challenge. Whether it’s solving problems at work or taking on DIY projects at home, she enjoys figuring things out and making things better.

Outside the office, JJ stays busy with her husband, Clayton, and their three boys—identical twins and their older brother, Nash—who keep life lively and full of energy. When she does find a little free time, you’ll likely find her remodeling a room in her house or out on the golf course soaking up summer with friends.
